"BEE ON TIME" - DEADLINES

For a smooth, stress-free departure, just remember these three key times:

🕓 4 hours before departure: Check-in opens
🕓 90 minutes before departure: Check-in closes
🕓 30 minutes before departure: Boarding gate closes (last call to board)

Your airport journey is guided by three key milestones. Here's what each one means and what you need to do at every step.

🕓 4h before departure

This is the earliest time you should arrive at the airport. Why? Because French bee's check-in counters open at this time, allowing you to check your bags. Bag drop is not available before then.

To allow plenty of time, especially during busy travel periods, we recommend arriving at the airport 3 to 4 hours before your flight.

Passengers requiring special assistance and unaccompanied minors should arrive at least 2 hours before departure to allow enough time for the necessary check-in procedures.

Important: For security reasons, you must be present in person when checking your baggage.

🕓 90 minutes before departure

Don't miss this deadline. You must be inside the check-in area by this time. For all French bee flights, check-in closes 90 minutes before your scheduled departure.

Important:

• After this deadline, you will no longer be able to check in or drop off your checked baggage.
• If you arrive after check-in has closed or do not have the required travel documents, your reservation will be canceled and you will not be allowed to board.

🕓 30 minutes before departure

This is the final boarding deadline. Once this time has passed, you will no longer be allowed to board your flight. For all French bee flights, boarding closes 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Ready to check in at Paris Orly?

French bee flights depart from Terminal 4 at Paris Orly Airport. From check-in to boarding, finding your way is easy. Here's what you need to know.

Important: If you've already checked in online and printed your boarding pass, but you're traveling with a checked bag, you'll still need to print your bag tag at a self-service kiosk before dropping off your luggage.

At Paris Orly Terminal 4, you can check in at a self-service kiosk and drop off your checked bags at the self-service bag drop.

There's no need to wait for check-in to open self-service kiosks are available throughout the terminal.

Already checked in online? If you've printed your boarding pass at home and you're traveling with a checked bag, you'll still need to print your bag tag at a self-service kiosk before dropping off your luggage.

Step 1: Use a Self-Service Kiosk

Checking in is quick and easy. Simply:

• Print or reprint your boarding pass.
• Important: Print your checked baggage tags and attach the correct tag to each checked bag. Make sure the name on the tag matches the passenger traveling with that bag.
• Keep your baggage receipt in a safe place. You can attach it to the back of your boarding pass or keep it with your passport.
• If needed, pay for any excess baggage, additional checked bags, or upgrade to your preferred seat.

Step 2: Use the Self-Service Bag Drop

Once you've tagged your bags, head to the self-service bag drop.

Here's how it works:

• Enter the check-in area if you're traveling with checked baggage.
• After your travel documents have been verified by an airport agent, scan your boarding pass, then scan the corresponding bag tag.
• Place your bag on the conveyor belt and follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 3: Head to Your Gate

You're all set! Your check-in is complete and your bags are on their way.

Now simply make your way to your departure gate and be ready to board your flight. Safe travels!
