I received a gift card and I want to use it
Are you the lucky recipient of a gift card? Here’s how to use it:
1- On Frenchbee.com, choose your destination, your travel dates, your fare then continue to the payment step
2- On the payment page, click Apply discount and Gift card.
3- Enter your gift card's reference (12 characters), paying attention to spaces if you copy and paste (not spaces)
4- That's it! The amount on the card is deducted from the total amount in your cart.

How to buy a gift card?

Here is how to buy a gift card:
- Click on This link To be redirected to our partner's website.
- Choose an amount for the card, enter the name of the recipient and their contact information, and add a sweet note.
- Select a delivery method (email or card to print), enter your details, your bank information, and finalize your purchase.

What delivery methods are available for the gift card?

You have two options:
- The electronic version : As soon as the purchase is finalized, the lucky recipient will receive the gift card via e-mail.
- Printable version : We will e-mail you a PDF version to print for gifting the card in person or send it yourself by post or electronically. Example here.

How long is the gift card valid for?

A French bee gift card is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The recipient can use it for any travel dates available for sale.
The exact expiry date of your card is indicated at the bottom of the gift card.

How to use the gift card?

You can use your gift card at any time for the purchase of airplane tickets on Frenchbee.com only.
Please refer to the "I would like to use a gift card" section for detailed instructions.

Can I use my gift card in more than one transaction?

Yes, you can use your card as many times as possible until the balance is depleted, provided you do not exceed the expiration date.
Any amount remaining once the card has expired will be lost.

Can I combine a credit/voucher with the gift card?

No, the gift card is compatible with a promo code but not with a credit/voucher, payment in installments, or Oney.

Can I purchase services with my gift card?

Yes, as long as they are purchased at the same time as the airline ticket.

What happens if the ticket amount is higher than the amount on my card?

You will need to make up the difference, referred to as "remainder to pay", with another payment method, in this case an online credit card payment

What happens if the amount of the tickets is less than the amount on my card?

The remaining balance is kept on your card, and you can use it again for the purchase of other airline tickets.
This balance is indicated in the confirmation email after booking with a gift card.
The expiration date of your card remains the same, 1 year from the date of purchase.

Is the gift card transferable?

Yes, it is. If you don't end up using your card, you can pass the reference number on to a loved one.

Is the gift card refundable?

No, it is not refundable.

Is the gift card compatible with other payment methods?

Please note that the gift card is compatible with a promo code, but is not compatible with a voucher, or with a BCT.
The ticket payment can only be completed with a credit card.
